Step 1: Go to https://servicedesk.vusydney.edu.au/support/home


Step 2: Click on 'Report a Ticket". 


Step 3: Fill in the following mandatory details:


  • Requester - Enter your email address.
  • Subject - Subject outlining your request.
  • Description - Detailed description outlining your request.
  • Student ID - Your Student ID
  • Request Type - Select the main request type from the dropdown list that matches your request.
  • More Details - Select the sub request type from the dropdown list that matches your request.

Step 4: Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.


Step 5: Click "Submit".
